- All orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days by United States Postal Services Priority Mail. Shipping available only within the USA.
- Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order.

Returns
- OC16.tv will exchange or credit your account if you are not satisfied. All returns/exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt. All items are subject to inspection/approval before a credit or exchange is issued. Items must be in “like new” condition to qualify for refund.
